I want my quest to include talking to the Jarls, however, the different results from the Civil War quest line changes who the ruling Jarl of each town is, except Solitude.

I want the quest to set your objective to talk to the Jarl you promoted, not the one you usurped. Obviously this works both ways with all the Jarls, so how do I set the restriction without putting another condition on every dialogue topic?

Current jarls are in the JobJarl faction, and are aliased as "Jarl" in their respective city dialogue quests. Just check, say, GetIsAlias Jarl on quest DialogueMorthal to get pointed to Sorli if you sided with the Stormcloaks and Idgrod if you sided with the Imperials.
