ok so i made some npcs near my fort but when i leave the area and come back they are not there... any explaintions?

Do the NPC's you are using have AI Packages? If they do, are these packages moving them to another location?

Also, sometimes if your Navmesh isn't set up properly they can get stuck in weird places that you might not find, even falling through the ground.
