I have a problem. I have created a mod with quest and sent my friend. But he said that no dialogue, only topics without word.

You're going to need to provide more information than that if you want assistance. For all I know, you didn't create any dialogue, only the topics, and that's where your problem is.

I have created topic and dialogue for my npc but my friend saying that when he press a topic,npc nothing say only topic replace

Did you actually record voice files for your dialogue? If so, did you send them to your friend as well?

There are problem when you mod relies on a vanilla quest which stops dialogue from working.
