I can't get these quests to complete and be removed from the list. Any help?

Any tips to complete any of them with the command console apart from the Windhelm quest as I don't want to skip the Blood on Ice quest and am waiting for a patch from Bethesda (I hope!).

So you're on PC and couldn't force the quest to complete, or your on console and are SOL. Not sure which but if your on PC you have an option at least.

You can't, not even on PC (Misc quests don't have unique ids is the problem IIRC).

well they do get unique id's eg: favor104....but I suppose that doesnt help if the game doesn't see those as active quests...getstage command would work to get those id's would it not?
