Has anyone else not had the chest at the foot of the bed in Hjerim not spawn? I completed blood on the ice and the home is available for purchase but every time I buy it there is no chest even after I upgrade the bed room I am also paying full price for the house WFT?

Hjerim and "Blood on the Ice" bugged even more than Haelga of Riften.

Is there a way to fix it or am I going to have to wait for 1.4?

I don't think it can be patched. I hope it can though.
