- Slower day/night cycle out-of-the-box. Or an option to set it with a slider. (not via console)
- Real hunger, you constantly need to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner or you take hefty penalties more often.
- Simulated body weight, visually. You start out slender, and depending on your activities you gain muscle tone or even become fat. Example: At lvl 1 you pick up an axe and continually you get visually/physically stronger as the game progresses. Or you become a mage but you eat too much and you pick up weight and become rotund because you ride too much on horseback as well. Become a vampire, and you become gaunt and underweight?
- Hair growth. When you pick an initial style it becomes longer and untrimmed over time. Barber shops are required to cut hair and even shave beards. Throw in a place to change your facial markings.
- Simulated drunkenness. Posture changes depending on volume of intake, impaired judgement, stagger. If you drink too much you risk passing out.
- Fishing. Nuff said.
- Camping. Ability to set up camp, a tent, and make your own fire, set up cooking equipment, etc.
- Wilderness housing. Perhaps the ability to buy a deed for a house style, and place it anywhere in the game world when it requires ample space/slope, etc.
- More detailed options for decorations in your home. Also need better placement UI for items you bring back from your travels. As it's now you can't even put a goblet on a table without intense concentration.
- More crafting options, things like arrows as an example. Spears, Halberds, Crossbows, etc.
- More mounts, what if I wanted a mule, or donkey, ie. pack animals? What about an oxcart to transport the things you buy in town to take home.
- A place to visually place your active main weapon on the saddle of your mount, hook up your helm to dangle on the side for when you're out of combat.
- The ability to converse with NPCs while on horseback.
- More romance options. Not just get married, but also get divorced. Have kids? (It's not sims but still an option)
- Construct and captain your own ship for sea voyages. Ranging from basic canoes to long boats.
- Flying mount? (It's not an MMO, but imagine a future Dovahkiin taming and riding his own dragon.)
- A bigger variety of armors. Also able to repair broken armor, visually as well.
Maybe I'm being silly, but maybe you can think of some more nice ideas?
