I wanted to make myself a mod where most of the npc's you interact with would respawn. (manually go in and set them to respawn). Yet, this didn't work, which makes me wonder if this is even possible. Would it only work with a new profile?? I have killed a good number of npc's.

Any advice would be gladly accepted.
