I've looked and looked and I can't find an answer to this. I have this quest that won't start properly, and I have a number of warnings set up to try to see why (which has been thus far unsuccessful). The only error I'm getting in the log though is "Achievement 47 awarded - a winnar is you!"

I have no idea what this means.
