Scaling objects after using PlaceAtMe?

I'm currently using PlaceAtMe in my script to place an explosion effect (dust cloud) but the explosion itself is kind of small.

is there a way to get the reference of the placed object and use setscale on it?

PlaceAtMe returns the created ObjectReference. You can call SetScale on that.
