Hope everyone is having a happy new year playing the best game out there

Question...When a dragon attacks a town and either kills a merchant or a quest giver, do they respawn? I always panic when a dragon comes to a city, and reload. Wondering if I have to or not..if they'll eventually return if killed by the dragon?

I don't believe so.

No. If they are dead, they are dead.

no but if they have family members they will take over the shop and give you the quest
