Is it possible (and if yes: How?) to have the sky visible in an interior cell - without the weather (snow, rain)?

The problem is that If I simply add a sky in an interior cell, then weather will be activated as well (snowing, raining) and it looks really weird when it snows/rains in the building even though there's a ceiling.

Cell > Lighting > Show Sky, then see to it the region data won't invoke rain or snow.
