I am working on a Potion shelf and when I link my potion markers to the PotionContainer via linked references some of the connecting lines are white instead of black.
I initially thought it was because I was linking too many but after deleteing all the links and relinking only the ones that had white connecting lines the lines are still white.

The markers are all the same and have been linked in the same way.

What could possibly be causing this to happen?

Do the links function as you intended them to? In other words, is it just happening in the CK visually, or is there some diffrerence between the "black" and "white" links?

After pulling my hair out for hours I have found the problem and it was so ridiculously simple I should probably go hang myself.

During the process of making my keywords for some strange reason the colour box on some of them ended up white instead of black.
I was wondering why they had a colour and now I know.
