Killmove glitch with custom enchantment.

I've encountered a strange side effect of creating a custom enchantment in the CK. Killmoves glitch out in that they do not kill the enemy and in fact leave them briefly invincible. I was aware of this problem before I published the mod, so I made note of it in the description under 'known bugs'.

The enchantment in question is the one on the hammer in my http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8566 mod. It's made up of three effects:
-A custom shock damage effect (with vfx and sound fx changes),
-A custom knockback effect (with a custom formid),
-A neutered stagger effect with a custom explosion to simulate a lightning strike and shockwave each time the enchantment is cast.

The enchantment works as intended with the exception of killmoves, which glitch out. The custom shock damage and knockback effects are functionally the same as vanilla, any changes to them are purely cosmetic. I think the problem lies somewhere in my shockwave effect, and/or the custom explosion.

If anyone can offer any insight into this issue I'd be eternally grateful. I'd love to see this resolved before the 1.5 patch goes live given that's it's schtick is new killmoves.

After several hours of testing (and numerous Whiterun genocides) I've determined that it was the knockback causing the issue. It seems that the forcepush script applied to the knockback effect doesn't play well with killmoves.
