Playing around with onehanded skill, and no changes to vanilla, it seems like <1 use at level 1 up to close to 200 uses at 100 skill, so adjusting the multiplier would superinflate uses needed closer to 100. I didn't see any notable difference when changing the offsets in the actor value menu, though. (I'm wondering if perhaps a new game is needed to see a change, even though that doesn't really make sense to me, but it wasn't something I tried.) I'm not very familiar with general coding or the CK, but I've poked around the scripts a bit since I can't tell that there's many apparently related options to change, as far as general settings go. It *feels* like there's got to be an equation somewhere that references the level of the skill as a variable to determine how many uses are needed, factored against a constant multiplier (of course I'm sure it's not that simple, though). Given that everything is "new," I'm hoping that it's accessible, where I've heard it was hardcoded for Oblivion (which I don't actually know is true or not, but I accepted it anyway).
Anyway, ideally, I'd perfer to set that variable to a constant so each skill level requires the same number of uses, from 1-100, but I can't find any way to do it. If anyone has info, or theories, I'd love to read it. Thanks!
