I've noticed this "gap" between the neck and chest of various NPCs that I have been editing the faces of. I don't know what is causing it because it wasn't doing this last night. Anyone know what's up?

I notice this when I use certain clothing from mods. I figured it was the clothing, not adjusting the face/head.
I hope somebody knows because I am interested in this too.
