Generating lip files with imported voice tracks

Is there no simple way to do this? I've been here, and I've been there. Adding my voice (or someone else's voice), and generating the lip file for that is easy enough IF you use the creation kit to record with. However, when using an outside method to record with (Audacity, Mixcraft, etc), or being given a voice track by someone to be placed in your mod, it seems impossible to just merely create a lip file for that. I can take my custom track and give it the name of something the creation kit generated ( example: aaaTest_superHello_00001D91_1.wav ), but the lip file wouldn't be synchronized correctly.

Is there a way to do this, or are we stuck with having to record our characters' voices in the creation kit?

I've already tried it, several times, and exactly how I was told. Didn't work. It generates the XMW file for each loose wav as advertised, but no lip files (and therefore no fuz files).
