As stated in topic,.. has anybody managed to duplicate a worldspace?

I have tried this a few times and CK jus make a total mess of it, while in might get the items
it ALLWAYS seems to trash the landscape by dumping each cell at any old random hight level.

It feels like Skyrim is a step backward as far as construction goes
