Strange problem: mod working on my PC, but not on other PCs

Post » Wed Jun 20, 2012 10:47 am

I've shared a mod with friends and although it works "flawlessly" (the way it's supposed to), it's not executing properly on their PCs.
When the player walks in a spot, the trigger should activate an Xmarker, thus activating the attached script. Everything works fine for me. For my two friends, however, walking in the spot does absolutely nothing -the script does not execute. I'm not sure if it's because of the trigger that got disabled or similar (seeing that it's not their first test, perhaps they saved after triggering it, thus making is useless for their next tests?).

Anyway, could it be something else? And most importantly, is there a way to "reset" the trigger every time a cell is loaded?

I thought they were automatically saved. I mean, if it works on my computer, doesn't it mean they're already packed? Unless the CK automatically saves them on my PC in some temporary location?

Anyway, I don't think I have. How can I do that?

Thank you so much!
Is there anyway to include both the esp and the script files into a single package?

you can pack everything into a bsa (although i think the esp is still kept separate).

if you mean bundle everything into one file for easy download, you can compress everything into a .zip
