As the title says, some part of text labels is missing:

Is there any solution to fix this?

It looks to me like your font size is bigger than it should be.
The title 'AI Attributes' only goes to the start of the 'Aggression' box on my window.

Cording to the control panel it's "smaller - 100%". For some reason, 125% it's default, but that was just too big for me, so I lowered it to 100%

It's getting annoying to not be able to read all the labels.

All I can suggest is to make your screen resolution larger. Perhaps that would allow the fonts in the window to be smaller, like they should be.
Your fonts are a lot bigger in that window that they are on my computer.
