i just downloaded it and all i can see are random colours when i move the camera i put on low res and i still cant see a thing please help

You'll need to do a dxdiag and give a lot more system information, tbh.

Not for a laptop, not at all. Graphically, a laptop with Intel video is a dead end.

Desktop PCs almost always have an upgrade option, although the smallest desktop cases create several problems regarding the level of upgrade that is possible.

Unfortunately the game really doesn't like integrated intel graphics. The only real alternative is to upgrade to a standalone graphics card (if possible, not likely on a laptop.)
