I believe they would come to a stalemate, seeing as only a Dragonborn can defeat Alduin, and only a Grey Warden can defeat an Archdemon.

Alduin stomps so hard it isn't funny. Lorewise, any one of the Aedra or Daedra Princes would look at the Blight and laugh, then probably eat the Archdemon for a light snack. The Fade is practically Vaermina's wet dream come true.

EDIT: Lorewise, Alduin is a god, and godof TES are leaps and bounds above anything divine in Thedas.
