I closed the main toolbar and can't seem to reopen it. Need

Slightly embarrassing situation. On the upside I'm 99% positive that I know the solution. Situation: I somehow without knowing it, used a keyboard shortcut that closed the main toolbar (You know with esp/esms, factions /etc/). I one time closed the item window without knowing it before, yet somehow reopened it. I'm nearly positive this is happening only with the main toolbar this time, because I'm ignorant of the keyboard shortcuts, that toggle these things on, and off. I just require the keyboard shortcut to open the main toolbar, I've done several google searches, and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm kind of shocked that no google results are saying anything about these specific keyboard commands.

I require the keyboard shortcut to reopen the main toolbar that I somehow closed, or I can't do anything, because I cannot even access esms or esps now.

Edit: Resetting my computer fixed the problem somehow.

Just for grins, does shutting down the program and re-opening it bring back the tool bar?

Here are some generic windows shorcuts, that might help.

Also, barring all that, System Restore has fixed an issue like this I had with another program once back in the day.

I did close the creation kit, and re-open it repeatedly. When I do the main toolbar window is still not there, though the other 3 windows, items, cells, and the viewing window are all still present.

Simple Answer:

Hold down "Alt-V" This will open the View menu of the toolbar, make sure main toolbar has a check next to it.

If you are saying that the actual menu itself if missing, and if that Alt-V doesn't bring it back... Well, you could look for your .ini files and delete them for the ck. That should force it to recreate them.

Another option would be to resize the main program, don't minimize, but hit the square button between minimize and the x for close, that should resize the window down, and likely would adjust things back again as well.

Edit: P.S. That square to resize basically caused the same issue on my system. It appears that each "window" of the Ck is a complete separate entity, and does NOT get adjusted when you resize the main app. This causes the Main window to resize down, and the other windows to remain at whatever size you have them set to be, and they will overlap or "hide" the main app window.

To correct for that, just resize those windows down, way down, and you should eventually find the main program window again.

View -> Toolbar ?

Er Render Window, Object Window, and Cell View window are the actual names of the windows if I caused a little confusion, didn't remember exactly what they were called until re-opening it. The main toolbar seemingly can't be accessed (or even seen) for some reason though.

So you can't see the whole of the main window? The menu for the toolbar should be on top of that.

If you can't see the main window, then right-click the CK Icon on the taskbar and choose maximize. (or what bannor suggests)
