Is it possible to make a dead thall out of a dragon priest?

I believe you can only make Humans into dead thralls. I may be wrong?

They ash. Cant bring ash back to life.

I killed the dragon priest morokei earlier today and his body was still laying there.

Can I get a definite yes or no answer from somebody please? If I can't make a dead thrall out of them then can I at least revive them using some other kind of spell?

I guess you could try the ritual stone? Don't think it's permanent though.
