The biggest "cave" is Blackreach, and believe it or not, that is an exterior world. What the devs did for large caves is they used rocks to form the cave dome rather then model out a huge, one time use mesh.

So if you are looking to make a big open cave area, then using the Blackreach approach is your best bet.

Big as a Big Cathedral Church Dome , I didn't check all the stuff inside couse the weird naming is a bit complicate to understand what is what and even if I followed their tut where they say norwallsomethinglikethisn01 it is not working for all , actually a lot of the items do not follow well that logic ...

I use CaveILRoom (ice) or CaveGLRoom (green?) for large dome-like cave interiors. they are all in a set, theres a ton of pieces, and they are all grid-snap-friendly and self-tiling, you don't need to manually eyeball them together.

In Dragonborn's Antre I used the Blackreach pieces for the walls and ceiling.

It's pretty big too.

I always try to stay away from stock set pieces because, well, they look stock.

CaveGE is the 'Epic' cave tileset. It's what the dev's used for the massive open caves. Like the pirate cave up north (Forgot it's name). I think it's what you want. :)
