So I need help with how to do something. Im not sure if its entirely possible using the Creation Kit alone without scripting or not.
But does anyone know how i could create a perk that gives me the capability to have targets highlighted at a farther distance like the telekinesis property, but minus the spell? If this is possible please PM me because there is more to this but best discussed at a faster pace than the forums.
