Creation kit disable the dictionary

Is possible to skip the window of the dictionary after have edited a description?

yes it is.
Edit SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini
and change bSpellCheckEnabled from 1 into 0.

...or change it in the CK preferences.

File->Preferences. In the Misc tab, un-tick the top box that says Use Spell Check in Text Fields
