On CK the perk dialog has on the up-right corner a label "Associated skill", but is just a label with no editor displaying no value.
On the other hand on the perk tree editor on the right click menu (the one with "add perk") you have "Set associated skill" (www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECryUnMljEU @6:42)
Anyone knows what it does? You have to use that "Set associated skill" if you want to move a perk from a tree to another or anything like that?
