Navmesh does not works!

Hello,
I've made a new dungeon:
  • I've made a new dungeon (four cells)
  • I've placed some clutter
  • I've placed hostile NPCs
  • I've navmeshed the first cell following the official creation kit tutorial
  • Connected the stairs
  • Found covers
  • Finalized navmeshes

the NPCs are stuck, they don't move but I can see walking animation!

What's goin wrong?????

Well... Just solved (?)
Since I'm making this dungeon, when I want to test it I use the command "coc myDungeon" directly from main menu. If I do this, navmeshes DOES NOT WORKS!
If you load a previous savegame and enter the dungeon from outdoor, the navmeshes works fine!

Nature of the beast. First visit it will work fine. Now try leaving, heading somewhere distant, and then coming back. You'll find it has stopped working.

It's the famous navmesh bug, if you want discuss the bug then go http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1367191-navmesh-bug-discussion-thread-4/page__p__20657772__hl__the%20navmesh%20bug__fromsearch__1#entry20657772 (Yes, i know it's weird that there has been 4 threads about it and bethesda is still saying that they're working on a fix)
