Main Quest: Get The Mage!

Hello!

I hope some can lead me in the right direction here.

I've almost finished the interiors of the Bandit's Guild and I've started working on idea for the main quest.

The introduction of this unique Mage is his appearance in the Tavern.

When he shows up I want the entire building to shake and items fly off the wall, causing all the NPCs to head for cover.

He'll do this for a few moments, and perhaps say a few things then vanish with the flying items falling to the ground. Through experminting I found a way to closely approximately get what I'm looking for.

What I did was add a dragon outside the building.

But this causes problems, of course. The dragon also swoops into the house and kills people, including the player. And he howls like the dragon that he is.

Is there another way to make an interior quake like this?

Is there a way to keep the dragon quiet with the roars, but keep the swooshing sounds?

I know of a way to get things to float around, such as the Molag Bal quest but this is much more intense.

Game.ShakeCamera()

Has anyone used this?

Does it shake the ground pretty good?

How did you get it to work?
