Well in the past week I have learnt so much about modding this silly house, but I do have a basic question now that I think I am ready to do my own modding of Breezehome.

If I mod say for example the living room furniture in Breezehome, will it appear with my modded changes when I purchase the "living room" furniture from the npc? In other words I want to mod Breezehome prior to my character buying the house.

I hope that makes sense lol

as long as your furniture is set to the enable marker for the decoration purchase, it will only appear after buying the add-on. if you do not set it to the enable marker, it will appear right away.
