Hello so this is my first post here I have gone through the CK wiki and need some help

So i saw a mod on skyrim nexus by atducey that could let you summon a horse for indefinite time.But it could only summon the brown horse breed and even custom horses, while i wanted to add more of them as separate spells.So i loaded the esp in the Creation Kit.I tried to create a new spell with the name "Summon Saint" as saint was the name of the custom horse i was trying to spawn.
Note- I also loaded the custom horse esp
I added the sHorseSummonScript to the spell and edited the first property to reflect the Saint horse and the second property to reflect player ref.However upon starting the game i couldn't find the spell in the console.I wonder what i'm doing wrong.

Sometimes finding spells in the console can be weird. I recommend making a spell tome and learning the spell the "old fashioned way".
