Hello how is possible to recreate a similar camera driven quest start with writings appearing on main screen , custom camera movements and music?

It is all possible.

• Look in Quest MQ101 - The Music is started in Stage 10
  
• The cart ride and the execution (before the Dragon) are just normal Scenes (in MQ101)
  
• The words you see while riding the cart are started with the command: http://www.creationkit.com/StartTitleSequence_-_Game - Again, this command is in Stage-10 of MQ101 - These Sequences can be replaced with your own words ... but I cannot find the post on here that talks about how to do it (sorry)
