hey guys,
i wanna create a new skill. Do you all know the shout where time slows down? well that will be a part of the new skill as well, but compared to this vanilla version i want the player still be able to move around with normal speed and hit with normal speed.
So i know that this skill has to have the ability of the slow time shout and that i have to push weapon speed and the run speed higher.
in another forum i found that i'd have to push WeaponSpeedMult and SpeedMult, but where do i find these two abilities?
can anybody help me with this?
