The Entire Ground Disappearing ?

Post » Thu Jun 21, 2012 3:50 am

Hi!

I am currently creating a city but there is a huge problem....
The entire terrain/ground under the city disappears. (I basically have a huge mountain base that is above the terrain in Skyrim to avoid LOD issues)

When it was an esp the mod had to loaded last for the ground to show up.
I just converted it to an esm and now the ground is not showing up at all.

It is past the boundaries of Skyrim so I doubt another mod is doing this.

Thanks for the help!

multiple mods with navmesh will potentially cause these kinds of conflct. the reason why is unknown, but it definitely is caused by some form of mod conflict. it doesn't matter if another mod is not editing your same area, the conflict is buried deeper than that (i personally believe it is a conflict in the NVMI, but i cant prove this)

esm's are not immune to this form of navmesh-related bug (as it happens to skyrim.esm terrain/statics as well), and i almost want to say they are more susceptible to it.

i've documented this along with theories in one of the navmesh bug threads.

it's definitely a bug, but not one that bethesda has acknowledged (since they only acknowledged a single navmesh bug, when in fact there are several, and this is one of them)

Hi!

I am part of the same team as Rein20.

So there is no way to get the ground not to disappear when using an esm like this?
