Screenshots and Camera Angle

Post » Thu Jun 21, 2012 12:52 pm

I recently built a gaming PC and have started playing Skyrim with mods (been playing on PS3 for a while). How are you getting action (combat) screenshots of the characters? The camera (in third person) seems to lock over the shoulder of the player character when in combat. Are there mods that allow for the camera to be moved? Also, can the characters be posed in combat or should I be really fast on the "print screen" key?

Thanks!

While in third person mode, open the console and type "tfc 1" which pauses the game and gives you a free-flying camera. If the UI is in the way you can also type "tm" to toggle it off and on again.

There is a console command that freezes the action and allows free camera movement. If I remember right,

tfc 1

turns in on ...

tfc 0

turns it back off.

You can also type just tfc while in first person mode and your character will be invisible. This is good if you want to make a scenic screenshot from a different angle but not have your character in the way.
