Just looking to do a little tweaking to a few skills. One of them is Dual Flurry in the One-Hander Tree. I'm looking to bump up it's Attack Speed percentage a bit. I wouldn't mind doing so by adding a 3rd point for the skill, just so it takes some investment to get to. But I'm not sure how much more complicated that would be vs just modifying the values on the 2 current Skill Points. I'm looking at them both right now, and I see their descriptions of 20%/35% increase speed, but I see no values like those numbers, I see a GetBaseActorValue or 30 and 50 (on their respective Skills). Also a bit confused as to why there is a Perk file for each of these points (DualFlurry30 and DualFlurry50), then another Perk called DualFlurryActive, and last but not least a Spell file for DualFlurry30 and DualFlurry50. Wondering if I need to edit all of these files or just 1 perk for each point.
I know I'm a bit of a noob here, but I'm hoping since I've actually navigated to these files that someone can help me tweak their Attack Speed %, I'm assuming it's not too complicated, I just never have done anything like this before
