After Delayed Burial....how long does it take for Loreius to get off his lazy *** and go fix the wheel? Is this a bug? Or is it because I haven't reached a certain "trigger" yet? After 250 hours it becomes silly, he should have moved within 24 hours.

I searched cicero+bug and delayed burial with no luck fwiw.

I think Cicero hangs out there until you join a certain faction...

He doesn't. Cicero has long since left and Loreius has yet to fix the wheel...

Ok thanks. That's what I assumed but didn't know if I had a gildergreen/sapling-type situation on my hands. They should fix this unless.....

No, Cicero will leave after you join that faction, but Loreius continues to talk about fixing the wheel.

This threw me off, too. I didn't realise that they just hung around there until you... joined people. I kept poking at Loreius, even Fus'd him, because I thought he was stuck.
