Without resorting to adding a script on a player owned bed, has anyone figured out how to get the well rested bonus in modded player homes?

It works by sleeping 8 hours in a vanilla player home, but not in a modded player home.

I've compared these beds and found the only relevant change is in the cell window, the vanilla player owned beds have the PlayerBedOwnership faction applied to them.. Doing the same with modded player home beds does not work.. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried setting the actual interior cell as player owned?

In Cell View, right click the cell and click Edit. In the Interior Data tab, try setting Owner NPC to Player, and if that doesn't give well rested, try setting Owner Faction as Player Faction.

you need to create a location, and assign that location to your interior.

also your location needs to have the keyword: LocTypePlayerHouse
