Hello All.. I am new to creating mods for Skyrim, so please don't beat me up too bad.

My question is can you set an attack duration for your actors? I have used the tutorials and created a couple of monsters and a quest for them, but I would only like them to do a special attack every 10 seconds.

Is there a simple way to do this? I have searched the wiki and have not found anything. I am not ashamed to admit I may have overlooked something really simple.
