Change Location Event Fields Not Filling : V

I want to start a quest using the Change Location Event event.

But when I go to fill in the location it's blank:

What am I doing wrong?

Try setting the Event Function (the first drop-down) first.

It remains blank at any line in the line-up

Weird. Works okay for me. Have you tried re-starting the CK?

I just restarted the CK and it's still the same.

And the quest is still set to be a Change Location Event quest? If so, I got nothing--not sure why it isn't working.

Seems every step of the way in making this quest has been a nightmare.

I think you may be talking about a different dropdown. The quest needs to have its starting event set on the Quest data tab.

This is in the SMEvent Node "Change Location Event". My other two quests that are there didn't have this problem.

The GetEventData stuff doesn't show up...it holds the location info etc

You need to change the Run on box in the condition to Event data and the secondary dropdown beside it to the data you want (Actor in this case). But you cannot do that until you have set the starting event on the quest's data tab...

That was it!

I didn't have the Event drop down set to Change Location Event
