I just downloaded a clean Skyrim and CK (twice actually), and I'm trying to finally fix the zombie face thing. So I read you find the actor in the Object window, click it and hit Ctrl-F4... then hit okay I guess. There isn't any window appearing for me when I try to do this.

Can someone give me the explanation in it's most layman terms so I can get this, because I guess I'm missing something.

I will add that my NPCs now look correct in the CK at least, just not in-game?
