I'm trying to give a weapon a passive enchantment and I thought it would be easy but I'm starting to get confused. I want to give a sword the Fortify Alchemy enchantment but no matter what I do, the enchantment never appears in the box of enchantments to choose from. There has to be something I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
