Just FWIW. I didn't noticed this in the 1.6.91 update, but in 1.6.89 they have the Vampire Perks and Werewolf Perks Actor Values plugged in, as well as a blank Perk Tree for each. Oh, and Vampire Lord Archetype for Magic Effects.

They do indeed, still can't create a new skill tree, but atleast those are there
