I can't change the lighting of any cell, I go to World, cells, lighting and the text is grayed out and when I click a template it doesn't apply. I click apply but nothing changes. On the preview it shows the colors but not in the cell or in game. Please Help!!

You have to take off the lighting template.

I've tried doing that but the text is still grayed out and I can't apply anything.

Edit: I'm pretty sure it started happening after the update.

I've noticed this as well. This happens when you have the cell loaded in the render screen. If it isn't loaded then everything should look like normal (non-grayed out) and will work just fine.
