I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find anything here or over at the nexus forums. How do I make edits to a vanilla NPC (e.g. Lydia), and save those edits to an esp? I already know about the ctrl-f4 trick to deal with facegen edits, but nothing I change in her stats gets saved. Previously, I've used the Skyrim NPC editor, but lately, I'm finding .esp's created with it are wreaking havoc on the game and causing it to CTD when loading a savegame. I thought I'd just do the same thing in the CK and avoid all the trouble, but alas, I can't get any of the changes to save.
