What's that eerie breathing sound you can hear in the Riften Warehouse?

I was thinking the same thing I imagine it's not meant to be there so maybe a bug.

I think I heard something similar while in the bowels of one of the ships near Solitude...

Oh my god I remember that!!!!. it was so [censored] creepy! I was freaking out I thought it was a creature that I haven't fought or seen yet it!.my mind was going a mile a minute for a second I thought a deathclaw was going to pop out of the corner and one shot me

Deathclaws in Skyrim ! I don't even want to think about it.

Out on the Riften docks, near where some guy is standing guard (he has a name, not just a guard).
