I live in France and i'm thinking of buying the DVD version of Skyrim, but i don't want to play it in french. Is it possible to change Skyrim's language (text and dialogue) to english when using the DVD version?

Through Steam think it's possible to change language.
But don't quote me on this.

With past games (in this case, Fallout New Vegas as that is the last Steam Game prior to this one from Bethesda), you could choose the language you want at Install. If the language is different than what you bought, then you have to download that language game files from Steam. To change language of an installed game, you would have to uninstall the game, then re-download it from Steam in the language you want, then install that.

I believe changing languages is only an issue when a country has or requires Region Locks. I don't think France has that issue as they could change the language on Fallout New Vegas.

Buy it on internet,. Amazon, among others, has English versions.

I want to buy the DVD version because i found it on sale here in france and i prefer having a physical copy of the game
