Okay. So, I only noticed that dragons do not appear inside main cities, however, after patch 1.4, A dragon attacked me inside the city of Whiterun. It killed a person, and it only happened once. However, I got bored of Skyrim before patch 1.5, so obviously I have not been playing enough to tell weather or not this is a bug or not. I know patch 1.4 was released months ago, but I just thought of this and was wondering weather or not this happened to anyone else?

I only observed dragons inside of walled towns when I entered that city while a dragon was flying about just outside of town. I tend to use the carriages instead of fast traveling nowadays, so there are more opportunities for such freak accidents to happen.


And yes, that can still happen with 1.5, and I don't believe it won't happen with 1.6 as well. Didn't have the opportunity to see that happen yet though.
