I looked on Steam under tools. I looked in the library. I looked in the store. Where the heck is it stored and where is the DLC? They make it hard to find so they can shove a bunch of other stuff they want to sell in your face.Steam [censored]s

Restart Steam, it is in Tools under the View Menu after you restart it.
