Hello!

I seem to be having a tough time getting any Markarth Radiant Quests to spawn so I can eventually do the city influence quest, so I'm wondering if there is a console command I can use to spawn a radiant quest for Markarth specifically.

The console command is player.setstage . http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Markarth#Quests_Starting_Here the UESP page for Markarth. You'll need to go to the page for the quest you're interested in and scroll down to the Quest Stages section. At the top of that section you'll find the quest id to plug into the console command and below that the different stage #'s. The number normally used to start a quest is 10.
